Spooky Bean Mot

Said last night while I was getting up from her good night snuggle:

“Oh mommy I’m so worried.”
“what are you worried about Bean.”
“I’m worried about your choices, you are making some bad choices.”
“what would those be, Bean?”
“Not to stay here and snuggle me until I fall asleep. That is a bad choice mommy.”

And yesterday we went for a walk in the graveyard that is about two blocks from our house (did that influence our decision to live in this house? you decide.)
Our usual thing is to feed the ducks then wander around putting the fallen flowers to rights.

Bean ran up to a particularly spooky celtic cross monument and struck the pose every goth girl in history has taken in a cemetary. It was spot on. I so wish I had a camera, but we’ll be going again next week (we do that a lot in spring, fall and early winter)and I’m sure it will happen again.

So even though her parents look much more like muggles now than ever, it just proves it is in the blood. Um, so to speak.
