fast and furious

So the Bean turned two last Sunday and this week has been about new wacky stuff happening. She’s decided that we need to kiss her dolls and sometimes her juice and she can say I love you (probably doesn’t get the meaning of it yet, only that mommy and daddy say it to her and each other a lot and then there are kisses). She likes to hold our hands and dance now. Last night she started siging the Imperial March at the top of her lungs. (that is her father’s side of the family, I’m all about the Original Series ST theme or even TNG). Dum Dum dum dum dum dum dum dum dum. It was absolutely recognizable.

She also, for some strange reason started running around the dining room table saying “o shit olie.” This is interesting because 1) we don’t say ‘shit’ very often, in fact we are being very careful about our language, substituting things like “holy toaster” instead of other, more inappropriate, invectives and 2) she doesn’t watch rolie polie olie more than, well once a month!
