I started crying as soon as I walked in, more than a little, but less than a lot.<\/p>\n<p>And while it was work fitting into my prepregnancy bodice (why didin&#8217;t I know how small I was then?) it felt good to have the gear back on. I got a new bodice and skirt out of the trip too \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nNext trip I have to find the bean an outfit. And James really liked it! He&#8217;s going to get a babysitter for a day and he and I are going to go if we can swing the scheduling between now and Sept 6th.<\/p>\n<p>I love faire because I&#8217;m not self conscious. I love faire because I don&#8217;t care about getting dirty or how I look. I love faire because somehow or other I fit in there like I do few other places. I get to cavort and play and it&#8217;s even more fun with kidlets to introduce to the sights and sounds. And it will get even more fun as she gets older.<\/p>\n<p>And Emily said <em>Huzzah.<\/em><br \/>\nAnd Emily said <em>God Save the queen.<\/em><br \/>\nAnd Emily said <em>Well met<\/em>.<br \/>\nANd Emily said <em>Ren Faire<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The Bean wanted to juggle<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/martinitime.org\/blogimages\/outtings\/1strenfaire\/1strenfaire_1400b.jpg\" alt=\"she tried to juggle\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Clare and Em in the pirate ship dry dock<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/martinitime.org\/blogimages\/outtings\/1strenfaire\/1strenfaire_1401b.jpg\" alt=\"clare and em\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The nice hag that Emily didn&#8217;t want to look at<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/martinitime.org\/blogimages\/outtings\/1strenfaire\/1strenfaire_1414b.jpg\" alt=\"I'm not looking at the witch\" \/><\/p>\n<p>No really, she doesn&#8217;t want to look<\/p>\n<p><span>(and check it out, I finally have bewbs!)<\/span><br \/>\nAnd I am so happy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It was a BLAST.
